How many hours do I need?

It depends on the size of your home, how many rooms and how much is in them, plus the quality and depth of cleaning that you require.

Ultimately the choice is yours, and you may want fewer or more hours and then prioritise the rooms and jobs to be completed.

What sort of contract am I tied in to?

We don't believe in long and complicated contracts. We do believe in being fair.

Naturally, like any business, we have terms and conditions, and these can be found here .

If you wish to cancel our service, all we ask is that you give us 14 days notice prior to your next clean.

Will I have to be at home when my cleaner visits?

No, our cleaners are vetted and are happy to clean while you are out. We are insured to hold your house keys and we will provide you with a Key Acknowledgement Form to confirm that we are holding your keys securely.

How much does it cost?

Pricing varies depending on the size of your house and your requirements.

Do you have insurance cover?

We carry £1,000,000 public liability insurance. In line with all other insurance policies, there is an excess on the policy. Our policy is with Polished Insurance which is underwritten by AXA.
